 Need to make a return? Here's all you need to know and do:

1) Ensure any unsuitable items are in line with the below Returns Policy requirements.

2) Send any unsuitable items back to the below returns address within the below timescales, enclosing a note with your name, order number and returns request (e.g. refund or size exchange).

RETURNS POLICY

Lingerie & Accessories:  Naughty Knickers offers a refund or exchange on lingerie and accessories (excluding hosiery, nipple covers, cosmetics, toys & Bracli products - please see below for further details) if you are not perfectly happy. Returns must meet the below requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns which don't meet the below requirements:

  • All items returned must be unworn and in perfect condition, without marks, makeup, fake tan, glitter, lotions.
  • Ensure that briefs/thongs are tried on over your own underwear.
  • Any seals attached to the product packaging must remain unbroken or damaged.
  • The items must be in a brand new, re-saleable condition (as above with all labels and packaging/boxes intact).
Hosiery & Bodystockings For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of opened hosiery items (Stockings, Hold Ups, Tights, Socks) or bodystockings unless they are faulty.
Nipple Covers For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any opened nipple covers/pasties or self adhesive bras unless they are faulty. 
Cosmetics & Adult Toys For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any cosmetics & adult toys unless they are faulty.
Bracli Due to the intimate nature of these products and for reasons of hygiene, any unsuitable Bracli products which have a pearl crotch (i.e. excluding bras/babydolls/gloves) are non-returnable once opened. Please order your size carefully. Bracli Bras/Babydolls/Gloves are returnable as per our standard returns policy (see above). 

Gift cards and boxes are non-returnable & cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If you are sending a return to us from outside of the United Kingdom, please ensure you complete any relevant customs documents to show the parcel contains 'RETURNED GOODS'.

RETURNS TIMESCALES

We've amended our returns policy timescales from the 1st December 2023, to allow our customers longer to return items for a refund via the original payment method. 

Timescales for orders placed from 1st December 2023 onwards:

30 Days

Items returned within 30 days of the day you receive your goods will be refunded via the original payment method.

If you would like to return an item for store credit, please request a refund onto an e-gift card.

UK orders: Items can also be returned for a size exchange.

  

NOTES

    • Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office/Courier.
    • Customers are responsible for returns postage costs. Unfortunately we don't currently offer Free Returns. 
    • We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible once they have been received, however, please allow up to 14 days for a return or exchange to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If on the off-chance you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us with your order number and further details, so we can rectify this for you.

If applicable, any faulty products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
